Acne Clear Protocol is a structured course designed to help manage active breakouts and reduce congestion over time. The treatment combines gentle exfoliation with calming, skin-supportive actives, working to clear pores and reduce inflammation without over-stripping the skin barrier. This is intentionally a course-based protocol rather than a one-time fix, since acne concerns typically need sustained, consistent care to see meaningful improvement. It's designed to complement — not replace — any medical treatment you may already be receiving for acne, and your therapist will guide you on a simple home-care routine to support results between sessions.
Ideal for

Not ideal for
- • Severe cystic acne (a dermatologist referral is recommended first)
- • Pregnant or breastfeeding clients (some actives are avoided during this time)
- • Open or heavily inflamed lesions
Before Treatment
- Disclose all acne medications, including prescription retinoids, antibiotics, and current or previous isotretinoin use.
- - Avoid picking, squeezing, waxing, or attempting extractions at home before your session.
- - Do not stop prescribed acne treatment unless advised by your prescriber and PureSkyn therapist.
After Treatment
- Use gentle, non-comedogenic skincare and broad-spectrum SPF.
- - Avoid picking, scrubbing, waxing, and strong actives until the skin has settled, usually for at least 3–5 days.
- - Contact your therapist if you experience persistent irritation, unusual swelling, or a significant worsening of inflammation.
