Before Treatment
- - Avoid scrubs, acids, retinoids, and other exfoliating products for several days.
- - Do not proceed if the elbows are cracked, broken, infected, or actively inflamed.
- - Complete a patch test where recommended.
After Treatment
- Keep the area moisturized and use SPF when the elbows are exposed.
- - Avoid leaning on, rubbing, or placing repeated pressure on the elbows for 24–48 hours.
