- Attend with clean skin and avoid applying heavy oils, body butter, or self-tan immediately before the appointment.
- Let your therapist know about allergies, sensitive skin, active irritation, or any recent procedures in the area.
After Treatment
- Avoid scrubbing, exfoliating, or using strong active products for 48 hours.
- Avoid excessive friction, leaning on elbows, or tight sleeves for the rest of the day where possible.
- Apply SPF when elbows are exposed to prevent dryness and uneven tone from sun exposure.
- Avoid very hot showers, steam, or saunas for 24 hours if the area feels sensitive.
